Hutzell Athletic Center
Hutzell Athletic Center is the home for Cougars basketball and volleyball, as well as locker room facilities for men’sand women’s soccer, baseball, softball, cross-country, and track and field; offices for the coaching staff on the second floor, west side; and the Hutzell Fitness Center. HAC was opened in May 1990, and in the first basketball game in November 1990 USF edged IPFW 66-64. HAC coaches’ offices wererelocated on the second floor of the west end during a $200,000 renovation project that included expansion of locker room and training facilities, completed in August 2008.
