Women's Basketball Moves Up to No. 18 in Latest NAIA Women's Basketball Coaches Top 25 Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The University of Saint Francis (Ind.) women's basketball team moved up four spots to No. 18 in this week's 2024-25 NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll, announced by the national office this week.

2024-25 NAIA Women's Basketball Coaches Top 25 Poll - No. 1

Dordt (Iowa) remains at No. 1 in the latest edition of the 2024-25 NAIA Women's Basketball Top 25 Poll. Two teams jumped up in the poll by six spots: Southern Oregon, who is now in the Top 5, and Briar Cliff (Iowa), who went from No. 23 to No. 17. Arizona Christian, Marian (Ind.), Bethel (Tenn.) and Mid-America Christian (Okla.) joined the Top 25 this week.

A panel of head coaches representing each conference and Continental Athletic Conference (Independents) voted on the poll. The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each voter votes for the best teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place, 28 for third-place and so on through the list.

Saint Francis is off to a 5-0 start to the season and will host Indiana University East on November 13 before taking on No. 16 Indiana Tech at home on November 16.
