
Four Cougars Earn All-Crossroads League Honors
JACKSON, Mich. - The Crossroads League announced its 2024 Women's Volleyball All-League honors on Tuesday, with four volleyball athletes from the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) earning recognition. The All-Crossroads League awards are voted on by the CL's head women's volleyball coaches.

Headlining the All-Conference and major awards selections for Saint Francis was Paige Fortkamp who earned All-Crossroads League First-Team honors. The senior outside hitter broke the All-Time Career Kills record at USF and led the Cougars with 441 kills this season, bringing her career total to 1,489. Paige Fortkamp also led Saint Francis and the conference with 66 aces this season and was second on the team in digs with 224 in 104 sets played this season.
Hannah Sweeney, Teigen Fortkamp and Addison Shafer each received All-Crossroads League Honorable Mention recognition on Tuesday. Teigen Fortkamp was also named to the All-Freshman Team.
Sweeney played in 104 sets this season and led the Cougars with 378 digs. The junior libero also totaled 74 assists and 17 aces.
Teigen Fortkamp also played in 104 sets during her freshman season with the Cougars. She led USF with 597 assists, averaging 5.74 assists per set. Teigen Fortkamp also had 154 digs, 141 kills, 44 total blocks, and 19 aces.
Shafer scored 304 points this season after finishing with 255 kills in 104 sets played for an average of 2.45 kills per set. The senior outside hitter also had 35 aces, 20 block assists and four solo blocks.
