Paige Fortkamp Named to AVCA 2024 Midcentral Region Honorable Mention Team

LEXINGTON, Ky. - The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced the 2024 All-Region team for NAIA women's volleyball, with the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) senior Paige Fortkamp earning Midcentral Region Honorable Mention honors. 

2024 AVCA NAIA All-Region Teams and Award Winners

The NAIA Selection Committee chose the AVCA All-Region teams. Each of the 10 regions named 14 student-athletes to the All-Region team, and eight players earned honorable mention honors. Additionally, a Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Coach of the Year, and Assistant Coach of the Year were selected for each region. This year's All-Region first-team or honorable mention players represent 118 different NAIA schools.

Fortkamp tallied 441 kills, 224 digs, 66 aces, and 36 blocks this season. The outside hitter also holds the USF program record for career kills with 1,489 after breaking the record with her 1,473rd career kill against Bethel back on November 2. Fortkamp concludes her time as a Cougar with a career kitting percentage of .185 and has 579 career digs, 157 career blocks, and 128 career service aces.
