DAVENPORT, Iowa – In a thrilling football matchup, the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) secured their first win of the season on the road against the St. Ambrose University Bees, emerging victorious with a final score of 28-9. Let's dive into the exciting details of the game.

The Cougars wasted no time in making their presence felt on the field. In the opening moments of the game, Brett Wethington led an impressive 2-yard drive to secure the first Cougar score. Derek Robb's extra point was good, propelling USF to a 7-3 lead early in the second quarter. Wethington again extended the Cougar lead with a 5-yard run & Hosler executed the extra point for a 14-3 lead before the 3rd quarter.
