Bailey Clark Leads Cougars at Taylor University Invite

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - On Monday and Tuesday the University of Saint Francis Cougars took part in the Taylor University Invite at the Player's Club in Woodland, and led by senior Bailey Clark, finished 12th out of 14 teams with a team score of 937 (314, 317, & 306).

In the opening round, Clark had the best outing among all Cougars during the tournament as he shot a 72. He would then shoot an 81 and a 75 to finish the tournament with 228 strokes, tying for 34th out of 80 golfers. 

Alongside Clark was freshman Seth Roop tying for 45th place with scores of 79, 79, and 75, junior Levi Follett tying for 52nd with scores of 83, 78, and 75, while junior Wyatt Johnson and senior Gabe Schenk finished with scores of 243 and 255 respectively.

The Cougars resume play on Friday, September 23 when they travel to Muncie, Indiana to compete at Delaware Country Club hosted by IU East beginning at 9:00 am.
