Men's Soccer Concludes Season at Huntington in Crossroads League Quarterfinals

HUNTINGTON, Ind. - The University of Saint Francis (Ind.) men's soccer concluded the 2024 season against Huntington University in the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinals on Wednesday, November 6. 

The No. 8 seeded Cougars fell short against the No. 1 Foresters by a final score of 3-0.

After battling through a scoreless first half, the Foresters netted their first goal of the night at the 45:45 mark to take a 1- lead. Huntington would score two more times in the 81st and 85th minutes to win Wednesday night's match 3-0 and advance to the Crossroads League Semifinals. 

Saint Francis took five shots against a tough Huntington defense, led by Joshua Boschveld with two shots on the night. Dominik Borucki had a shot land on goal. 

USF men's soccer ends their season with an overall record of 8-9-2 and a conference record of 2-5-2. The Cougars scored 40 goals this season and averaged 13.0 shots per game with a shot-on-goal percentage of.453.
