USF Wraps Up Crossroads League Indoor Championships
UPLAND, Ind. - The University of Saint Francis (Ind.) indoor track and field teams competed at the 2025 Crossroads League Championships on February 14-15.
Overall, Saint Francis's men finished in tenth place, while the women placed ninth.
Joey Rauwerda earned All-Crossroads League honors after taking third in the pole vault with his third NAIA B standard height of the season at 4.75m (15' 7").
The men's 4x400m relay team of Benjamin Marano, Cole Sikorski, Quinn Clayton, and DJ White set a new USF school record by placing fifth with a time of 3:26.45.
Sikorski also competed as a member of the distance medley relay team, along with Hugo Humbert, Marano and Connor Jackson ran the race in a time of 10:39.48 for a new Saint Francis top-10 mark.
Humbert set a new USF school record in the 3,000m run, breaking his own previous record by over 10 seconds with a time of 8:35.28.
Evan Pitts ran a new personal best and top-10 time in the 3,000m with a time of 9:09.74, while Dylan Anspach also finished with a new top-10 time of 9:12.33.
Pitts also ran a new top-10 time in the 5,000m at 16:24.49.
The 4x800m relay team of Cobin Moriarity, Nick Minneci, Ian Linton, and Kelvin Sanja Etiang finished the race in a time of 9:05.59, setting a new Saint Francis top-10 time.
Up next, USF's National Qualifiers will prepare for the NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships that will take place in Gainesville, Florida from February 27- March 1.
