
Cougars enter 3-Game Winning Streak
RICHMOND, Ind. -- The Cougars traveled to play one of their last few non-conference match-ups last night to take on the IU-East University RedWolves. USF has improved to 6-1 overall with the win & the final score being 65-38.
USF trailed after the first quarter, but were able to regain the lead and control the game for the remaining 3 quarters. Key performances came from Taylor Fordyce & Chloe McKnight. Fordyce tallied her first double-double of the season (& her career) with 12 points & 12 rebounds. McKnight finished with 15 points & 9 rebounds, just shy of the double-double. Emily Parrett, Reganne Pate, & Ally Madden all combined for 25 points, 10 rebounds, & 4 assists.
USF will continue the season this Saturday, November 18th, on the road for their first Crossroads League Match-up. Tip-off is set for 1pm in Odle Arena in Upland, Indiana where the Cougars will take on the Taylor University Trojans. The men's game will follow after with a 3pm projected tip-off time.
